Nery Mirta Rosales Vda Peña

Director of CETPRO CIFMAR GROUP

A degree in Education with a Specialty in Mathematics, studies completed in the Master of “Measurement and Evaluation of the Quality of Education” in the “National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle”, studies concluded in Phd “Measurement and Evaluation of the Quality of Education” in the “National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle”, is a member of the College of Teachers of Peru with registration No. 0100209165, has 25 years of service with experience as a teacher in the Sector of Public Education. Graduate study at the National University of San Marcos on the “Specialization in Disaster Risk Management”, has conducted courses “Curriculum Management in the School that we want” and “Management of Education”, both at the National University of Lambayeque. Francisco Martin Melo Ramos

Head of bridge simulator, fishing, river/sea port

Crossing captain of the National Merchant Marine, Graduated in 1991 from the Almirante Grau National Merchant Marine School as a Bachelor of Maritime Sciences, with 30 years of professional experience, crewing and operating ships in the international and national sphere. He has served as Superintendent of offshore facilities in the Amazon and Peruvian coast. In the port field, he has developed as Captain in Azimuthal Tugboats in ports on the Peruvian coast, sharing this activity with purse seine fishing, being captain of fishing without limits. Currently, he is an instructor for the CIFMAR GROUP of navigation, fishing and azimuth simulators.

Carlos Manuel Borja García

Adviser

Doctor in Maritime Sciences, Master in Maritime, Port and Fisheries Administration, Chief of Engineering of the National Merchant Marine, graduated in 1987 from the National School of Merchant Marine as a bachelor in Maritime Sciences and Engineering Officer, is a collegiate member of the College of Officers Merchant Marine, has 34 years of professional experience in the Maritime, Port Sector, Diploma in University Management from the UNMSM, Diploma in Modern Port Management from the Valencia Port Foundation. He has taken specialization courses in Germany, Norway, Brazil, Spain. Former academic director of Postgraduate and Undergraduate courses, Head of the academic engineering program and Head of the pre-professional internship office at the Admiral Miguel Grau National Merchant Marine School, former undergraduate professor at the Merchant Marine School and National universities.
