Solution of some important doubts about the exclusive use of vessels registered in the Sixth list
Clarification from the DGMM on the use of ships on the 6th list by owners or related persons residing in Spain:
- Boats covered by the IEDMT exemption: Owners can always carry out transfer tasks, delivery to clients, transfer to the dry dock... In order to make private use of the boat, it will be after four years of exclusive dedication to the charter activity from the beginning of the same.
- Boats with paid IEDMT: the owner can use them whenever he wants.
